My family and I we made a reservation at this place from the moment we arived the waitress her name is Julie any way she got such a attitude towards us I told my wife and my daughter I feel such a bad vibe that our server was racist toward our family my wife is white I'm Hispanic my daughter looks Hispanic so I even told my wife let's leave then she continue having a bad attitude toward my wife we ask for a manager he's name is Jeff he got a such a attitude as well tours us the entire staff was such a racist people even the hostes they put a time frame for you to stay I never heard a such a thing before I have experienced racism before but man this place clearly is #1 on earth to experience...
Thanks to a Google search of restaurants in the Lexington area, my wife and I came to discover Giuseppe’s. We were in Lexington for a weekend getaway. Our first visit was 6/27. Our server, Timothy, made our visit a true dining experience!! We had such an enjoyable experience we asked Timothy if he could/would assist us in securing a reservation for 6 on 6/29. We were being joined by 2 other couples for the balance of the weekend. As a result of Timothy’s Herculean effort, he contacted us on the evening of 6/28 and informed of us he had secured a table for 6 on 6/29!!! The calamari was great. Our server was good. My guests had the salmon and said it was delicious. However, I ordered the veal parmesan and it was awful! I had it there years ago and it was great. You could cut it with a fork. Tonight, it was paper thin and over cooked. I needed a steak knife to cut it. I couldn’t eat it. Had it not been for the calamari I would have left hungry. Don’t order the veal Parmesan!!!!!
This is the perfect place for special occasions. My Wife and I came here in celebration of my job promotion! Inside, the place is beautiful and romantic. Enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Sea bass entree and scallops appetizer were exceptional, our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food. Definitely recommend.
That strawberry sauce paired with the cheese cake….. let me tell you. I think they make it in house??? I go almost every week and order the sauce alone. Fingers crossed they give me the recipe!! Brad P
It isn’t quite as enjoyable when they’re busy, but I think the service is worth the price. The waiters and waitresses are some of the best! Parking is kinda awful though.
