Though the store might need to re-fix but environment and staff here are wonderful. Love the white choc mocha at winter time / chai latte or chat chiller enrich your autumn season / indulgent chiller such as cookie n cream or vanilla chiller would best describe my summer vacation!
Gloria Jean's in the Valley has the best staff. Always so friendly and never mess up an order. The frappe's are delicious but I'm sure you can find something similar elsewhere but will always be coming back because the service is great. Late night Friday and Saturday staff, kudos!

Do not care for Gloria Jeans coffee, but they do have some delectable muffins & sweets treats in the cabinet. I needed a sweet hit after a rather strong coffee earlier in the day at another cafe
Horrible interior, staff were not very interested in making me happy as a customer. A smile would go a long way. However the coffee itself was good. Gloria jeans needs to revise this one.
