Extremely overpriced. I’d honestly just go upstairs to Century Theatre’s Starbucks and see what they have to offer because — despite being limited and compromised — you might as well just get the real deal because this is just a quasi Starbucks. Also, even if you get an inexpensive drink like a regular coffee, you have to put the cream and sugar in yourself which is something I’ve never experienced before... not even at McDonald’s, let alone Starbucks. If you think the prices are good though then more power to you and by all means this’ll be a solid choice since the flavors are good for the most part.
I am a big fan of their Iced Mochas! The coffee is fantastic, and I generally enjoy most of their offerings. However, I believe Gloria Jean's would be more successful if it weren't situated inside Stratford Mall. The mall is in decline, and I don't think Gloria Jean's can truly thrive in its current location. I would really love to see their paninis return, but considering the location, I understand that there isn't a strong demand for food options there. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly friendly!
Unbelievable! The website says they close at 9 PM, but when my boyfriend and I arrived around 7 PM, the blonde girl behind the counter was on the phone chatting with someone about how she didn't know a guy had a girlfriend and was apologizing to her. When she finally attended to us, she said she couldn't make chillers after 7 PM because she needed to clean the blenders. What a waste of time and gas! If anything, please make sure to answer the phone or update your website.
I visit the mall weekly for a long lunch break (about three hours), and I've been quite disappointed with the restaurant's hours. They often don’t open until just before I leave at 2 PM. According to Google, they should open at 11 AM, but the staff member I spoke with mentioned they actually open at 1 PM. It's almost 1:30 now, and no one is around. It's really frustrating because the drinks here are amazing!

Decent beverages, but was served by a j today. Bought a medium drink carry out and asked for an extra paper cup to share with my kid. Right over the large stack of cups.. the Indian looking guy says.. No, we don't have any cups. Geez..! Guess Starbucks is more successful for a reason.
Everytime I go. I'm greeted with a warm and genuine smile I have a favorite coffee maker and Everytime they work i have to get my usual.Tasty Everytime.
