I want to express my deep disappointment with the lack of concern for both customers and staff at this location, which has been without air conditioning for several weeks. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and this situation is simply unacceptable. Additionally, I would like to mention a recent staff member who was let go. This individual went above and beyond to treat customers with respect and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of the show Cheers. Losing someone like him is a significant setback for your business, as employees with such qualities are hard to come by these days.
Nice place overall! We visited here for the first time and enjoyed our food and service. The prices and food options are similar to Chiles. I got the crab soup and wings, and both were very good. The others in my party enjoyed their food as well. If anything, I think the drinks were a little weak they didn't feel much alcohol. But overall, it's a solid place with a good amount of food options. I have been ordering here for years. So this past month I ordered probably 4 times and all of my order was wrong!!! I have requested my food specifically but everytime I got the food it’s always WRONG always! And today I have ordered again the food came out WRONG again and what’s even worst is I only order 6 pcs wings and my order took literally 1 hour to make! And yes I have proof!
First time going to this place and I won’t give them another penny! I waited 10 mins before I yelled back into the kitchen for someone to give me my food. 3 employees looked at me standing there and not acknowledged me at all. On the down side the food was really dry and wasn’t that good anyway.

for Pasadena, wait until they fix the AC. And ask them not to fry the pickles in the “fish” oil. Other than that, the beer (heavy seas) is cold and fresh!
I'm so hot you need to spend some money and fix your air-conditioning because it drives your customers to leave right away.
Great sports bar. You can order from the bar or take a table. Lots of TV's showing an array of games.
