The food was great! Our waitress was so pleasant and cared for us! My only complaint was over the steak! My mouth really wanted this steak, I just couldn't wait to put it in my mouth. Then it happened so much Gristle and could not cut it at all! The worst steak I ever had!!! I had to remove it from my plate and me for the grilled chicken! The chicken was good! My recommendation is not to try Steak!! This is, unless you like a mouth full of gristle and not able to cut it with a knife! I have tried so hard to eat this because I don't like to shed food, but the people I was finally able to get a piece in my mouth and I couldn't chew it at all, I had to spit it out and get something else!
I went to Golden Coral for the first time on Monday with a friend and the food was delicious. We went back today and the food was EXCELLENT. You didn't miss the big taste. All I had was seasoned to perfection... chicken, topped greens, roasted okra, rice, roast beef and liver onions. Whoever the cook was! If I could, I would have given the chef a tip for a well done job. The food was better today than on Monday. The waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The partially eaten chicken is not important. I forgot to take a picture before I eat on Monday. The second picture comes from today.
South Carolina Golden Corral is the best of the 12 states we regularly travel through. The hostess was as helpful and the staff was as friendly as possible. Our waiter was great, exchanged stories about our children and joking around with us. Even the manager stopped at our table to turn around with us for a little. The food was hot and fresh, but the salad bar was the next stage! We'll be back soon! Thank you for the excellent experience
came here to celebrate a birthday. I haven't been in a golden coral for years! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was really delicious. The waitress delivered the few of us aluminum foil that wanted to take a cake home. That was so nice of her. Will definitely be back.
