Good Chinese food place, I go there every time I get Chinese. Sometimes if your unlucky you’ll get stuff from other food that u didn’t order on ur food which could ruin your whole day depending on ur mood, I never really mind it cuz I’m like that but I can see how some people would be mad annoyed abt it. The barbecue sauce is amazing tho, I get French fries really often because of that good barbecue sauce. I recommend the dumplings but that’s just a personal thing cuz I like dumplings.
I have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year now. However, today I experienced terrible customer service from the delivery driver. Typically, the drivers come to my building, hand me the food, and then I give them a tip. But this specific driver stayed under the scaffold and demanded that I come to him in the rain. When I asked him to come to my building, he gave me attitude and walked off with my food. I will not be ordering from here again.
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but they always fail to follow my special requests. It is frustrating when I specifically ask for something and it is not taken into account. Additionally, the food quality is subpar. The chicken I received was dry and seemed to be old.
Unfortunately, Chinese restaurants in New York City seem to be declining, leading to an increase in dissatisfied customers. The food quality is poor, and it's crucial for the public to step up and report instances of bad customer service so we can demand better experiences. Book a table now
The food is good but they got hair in my food multiple times and one time there was a literal nail not the one from your fingers the on you put on your wall to hang something up this is why I don’t order anymore
This was the first time I ordered from here. The food was good. My order was accurate. My only issue was I had no utensils or napkins.

This restaurant serves the best sesame chicken with pork fried rice. Highly recommend trying it!
