I have given this restaurant many chances but I am done. I order from them Pretty frequently and it amazes me how they always seem to do something wrong. It’s never the taste of the food though (which is why I’ve always reordered), it’s always that they forget something or over charge me. The WORST part is, their customer service!! I’ve literally had arguments with the employees there because they refuse to believe they were wrong or they forgot something. And they just don’t care to make it right. Well this was the last time they are getting my money because never again.
I've been ordering from this place for at least 2 years. I've had the same delivery guys and I believe the same workers have been there consistently for some time now. My food is always great from here. When they aren't busy my food can come quicker than the eta given but sometimes when they are busy the food can be later than I would like. Regardless I would still give them five stars I think that overall really do their best and I always appreciate that they read my notes and always do their best to fix any problems I have
Avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs. The service was terrible - our order took over 2 hours to be delivered, and the manager was rude, unapologetic, and seemed unfit to run a restaurant. When I called to complain about our cold food, he only offered a refund if we sent the delivery driver back to retrieve it, which seemed like he just wanted to resell it. Stay far away from this place!
I recently visited this restaurant and was not pleased with the service I received when placing my order. The waitress was very rigid in sticking to the menu and did not allow any modifications, despite my explanation. I even offered to pay for any changes but she was not accommodating. The food was still delicious, particularly the breakfast, although it was on the pricier side.

Two pieces of deil ham cooked, two slices of cheese on top of the scrambled eggs. (Could 've at least scrambled the cheese into the eggs)Bacon was ok. Sausage was ok.Waffle was ok. I gotten the mocha frapp which was delicious. And this was their Bronx Breakfast combo.
I came to eat with my aunt and I love the place. It's a small place, you will feel like being at home. The food is amazing. Servers are very polite and welcome you. I recommend it.Food: 5/5
