Poor experience with staff members. Throughout the entire meal me and my partner both felt uncomfortable. The waitresses were busily staring and talking amongst eachother. Members of staff didn't reccomend what would be best to order for two. We ended up over ordering. Staff members were frantically watching us and we felt terrible as we didn't finish everything. I personally hate food wastage. The staff members were shaking their heads as they collected our food and spoke about us. It was a really uncomfortable experience. We both felt very anxious. However, the food was great and the restaurant was beautiful.
Looking at other reviews, i think i got unlucky with the food i ordered (chicken satay skewers) the chicken was hard and very stringy but i’m not mad about the portion size as i wasn’t hungry at all to order a full meal. On the other hand my mother enjoyed her noodles. I think i will come back here and try different noodles again. There is a £10 minimum per head! The service was fast and we were greeted at the door, staff were friendly and welcoming and worked suuuuper efficiently!
Food is always fresh and prices are reasonable. We ordered 8 dim sum dishes and a plate of stir fried Ho fun noodles. Staff are attentive, friendly and service was efficient food arrived within minutes of each other. Our tea was also refilled without us asking which I give top marks for hospitality! Always a pleasant experience! Place was packed but service was kept to the highest of standards!
To be honest, the food was really bad and especially in CHINA TOWN, even in my small town of Lörrach (Germany), the Chinese restaurants are a lot better. The chicken was cold. The waitresses are totally unfriendly. I was ashamed to have brought my wife to such a restaurant... She didn't even ask if we wanted anything else or how it tasted.

Awful food made worse by the fact it is relatively expensive. Egg fried rice Peking duck was inedible. If they can't do these dishes, then don't bother with anything else. 15% surcharge added, but under UK law it is optional whether you pay a tip or service charge, so cannot be legally enforced, but they refused to take it off. Avoid.
I have visited this restaurant several times and I must say that the service is fantastic. However, I would say that the food was good but I have had better meals here in the past. Despite this, the portion sizes are quite large and can easily be shared among a group of six. Overall, considering the price, it was definitely worth it.
The dim sum at this restaurant was quite good and tasty, with service that was fine and attentive. The ambiance inside may appear a bit old and run down, but overall it was not too bad. In fact, it was better than many other Chinese restaurants I have been to.
Solid Chinese dining experience. Clean with 5 star hygiene rating. Staff were friendly. We had the set meal “B” for 2. The food was good rather than wonderful. Pity set meal did not include desert. Toilets were clean.

Cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The duck in particular (the waiter fillets it in front of the customer) and the frog legs were also delicious.
Staff didn’t care about me. They care only about chinese people. Food was fine according to the prices but there is very high charge!
