The sizable portions of fried rice, steamed vegetables, and Philly eggs are truly fantastic. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman at the front is clearly a hard worker, but she's managing the entire front of the restaurant on her own while also handling phone calls and serving customers. Every time I visit or call, it's the same woman, and it's evident that she's overwhelmed. This often affects her customer service; when I call with questions about the menu or my bill, she seems so hurried that our conversation is often cut short. I appreciate her efforts, but it's obvious that additional staff is needed to support her!
Best dam wings on the Southside !!!!! I've never been to a spot where I can order a wing flavor I came up with in my mind !! My latest creation....Hot Garlic Parmesean ? bussinnnnn!!! The service is very quick, so quick you'd question it , but the food NEVER disappoints and is always FRESH!! Oh yea...them Philly Egg Rolls are the GOAT !!! HANDS DOWN!! If you're reading this review, I promise you won't be disappointed!!Full disclaimer: You may smell a stinch when you walk in...dont pay any mind to it..it's and ongoing issue they have that they have actively been try to get control of. I had a great experience with the food on my first visit, but things took a turn the next day. The wings were tough, and my fries hardly filled the container. When I asked for more fries, the woman at the front responded, "No, I can't give you more. That's how they come." It's funny because I had a regular portion the day before, but that's okay; I’ll take my business elsewhere. Additionally, both times I called in an order and arrived about 30 minutes later, my food still wasn’t ready. It seems like they don’t start preparing your order until you actually get there.
Excellent service! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my food arrived and how fresh it tasted. I ordered the hot and lemon pepper wings. While the lemon pepper wings weren't my favorite due to a slightly sweet flavor, they were still enjoyable. The fries were fresh and tasty. I dined indoors and noticed that other customers were also receiving their orders promptly. I would definitely return!

I want to say that I was recommended here by the reviews and I would like to thank everyone of you for leaving 5 stars. I know that if we can, we would leave six stars. On this visit, I tried the honey barbecue and the honey hot garlic Parmesan. It wasthe best chicken wings I ever tasted, along with very tasty french fries. I will definitely be back for more whenever I am intown. Enjoy!
This is me and my family's go to wing place. I usually get the 10 piece combo with the nuclear flavor and a cheesesteak egg roll. My only issue with this place is its consistency. How spicy the sauce is, the cut of the fries, the size of the wings, and how well it's fried changes randomly whenever I come.
this place has some of the best wings on this side of the city. they also have bombed steak vultures. the only bottom is the turn around the time for call in order. it'll never be ready when they get there. I suppose that's so they don't waste food when someone doesn't show up.
I really like that you can pick two different flavors for the wings. I tried half hot and half garlic parmesan, and they were fantastic. The fries were also delicious and served hot. My friend got the teriyaki rice, which was tasty too. Overall, it's a pretty good spot.

the lady is very nice and about her business. do not come in there on a busy day and be unsure what you want. come prepared and ready but food is always good and nice and hot !
