I sat with my 95-year-old mother sitting in the wheelchair, drinking coffee on the terrace. When it started raining, I asked the miserable service power to relax the sunshade. Answer: "No, that's not a rainshade, go in!" the entrance to the restaurant had 5 steep steps! on re-explaining that my grandmother sits in the wheelchair and is incapable of being only the shoulders.A conversation with the chef was extremely aggressive and high-natured "(their problem doesn't itch me, then they don't come anymore!").Facity: very expensive, service badly recommend, senior and disabled, very friendly.
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, Geschäftlich finde ich nicht so gut das es keinen Schreibtisch im Zimmer gab. Das Bad war sehr klein aber sauber!. Sehr wenige Parkplätze vor Ort. Für mich der Punkt für den Stern Abzug. Ich bin halt beruflich unterwegs und wenn ich spät von der Arbeit komme ist es für mich nicht OK mir noch irgendwo einen Parkplatz zu suchen... Service: 5
Das Hotel liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt nur eine beschränkte Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut aber schon etwas teurer. Service: 5
the local is higher price, at least for my purse. we ate winer schnitzel and cordon bleu with pommes. both tastefully ok. the portion could be a little bigger. salate very good. the equipment of the local is more modern.

wonderful terrace on the historic market square in heppenheim. great view of the arts of the old city. the card is combined traditional kitchen with ingenious. the result is great and especially delicious!
we were allowed to enjoy an excellent evening meal in the gastgarten with our family. the personal is very courteous and the card leaves no wish open.Very happy again!
we stayed in the golden angel and took breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. eating is very good and the prices are reasonable. good service.
