I did manage to veganize a pizza, which was tasty, but I noticed that the price increased significantly just for a small amount of vegan cheese. We also found the main dining area to be quite noisy, so we asked to be moved to a quieter spot since we were there for a special catch-up and wanted to be able to converse easily. We were told that we couldn't really be moved, but we decided to relocate ourselves to the other end of the restaurant where it was empty, and that turned out to be perfect. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Food was not as ordered. Ordered gravy with schnitzel and came out plain. Clearly asked for it twice at checkout. Wait staff argued and did not want to provide the gravy. Shook his head as walked off. My kids won’t eat schnitzel without gravy. Girl who took my order did not understand English and hence my missing gravy. Couldn’t believe such an issue to get it from the kitchen for my kids. Will not be going back to be treated poorly and to have wait staff argue with me. Just get the gravy. Not that much of a big deal!!!!
Had a 5:30 reservation for a family meal with grandparents, which I had booked 3 months prior and had the confirmation email. They didn’t have our reservation and placed us at a table with bar stools with no regard for the grandparents comfort or ease of sitting. It was so loud we couldn’t talk. Food was very average. No one finished their meals. We came from Melbourne and had researched best family meals to avoid this kind of experience. Would never go back for a family experience. Very disappointed.
Menu looked great online so I booked for Sunday dinner. When we got there there was shorted menu didn’t even offer the Sunday night special that was advertised, didn’t have a kids menu so ordered the burger and just wanted meat cheese and sauce but chefs advised they couldn’t do that -so unfortunately we had to leave. Manager looked embarrassed Disappointing

Food and service was good, but we unfortunately had quite abit of trouble with one security guard. Our group was there to just have dinner, most of which weren’t drinking. A few mates forgot their Id in which the security guard tried to refuse them entry.
We attended the Sunday Roast Revival and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredible, and the food was outstanding. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to Grace, who was incredibly helpful while we were booking the package.
The staff were friendly, and the wood-fired pizzas are absolutely delicious. They also offer live music, which adds a fun and interactive element to the experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Terrific place, friendly and courteous staff. Prices reasonable, just a pity on the day the burgers were not good.
