Back to this shop after about 6 months. The staff that took my order today is very incompetent. I have to raise my voice and repeat many times and yet they still got my order wrong. Explicitly order a Jasmine milk tea with little sugar and a pearl milk tea with little sugar. Got two pearl milk teas. Fortunately the other staff change the topping.Here is why I said your staff is rude:1. Big attitude problem2. You don’t turn to your college and talk about customer in Vietnamese3. The fastest service ever, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes! Approx 2minutes and the drinks are already done! The staff are always smiling which is so welcoming and such a homey feeling! If you ask, they actually provide their recommendations when it comes to sweetness for the more complex drinks! To say they are good is an understatement! By far, my favourite Gong Cha Store!
there was dirty pink rocks in the drinks , i took it back and they refused to change it or print my receipt again, they couldn’t speak english or even explain what was in the drink , i’ve asked for the complaint number , they could not provide the details as well
i'm so dissapointed about this service, you ship to me a caramel tea with a special gift : a cute FLY inside the cup. HORRIBLE and never come back here!
