Had a doctors appointment in Manhattan Beach and had recently discovered a Good Stuff located near by in downtown El Segundo. We have been to the other three locations but didn’t realize there was one in El Segundo. We sat inside because Mother Nature so kindly blessed us with some much needed rain, otherwise we would have sat outside at one of the many umbrella’ed tables. This was a pleasant surfer/beach style diner. They offer inside and covered outside dining with heaters. The food was good, but not remarkable. The menu was clearly labeled with vegan and gluten free options, low calorie menu options and keto options. The vegan options were limited to a tofu scramble, vegetarian chili (sans cheese) with mushrooms and giant chunks of bell peppers, a Vegan Power Salad, Taco and Burger which all used a Stevenson?s Farms Ancient Grains Vegan (and gluten free) Patty. The patty had the consistency of wet Thanksgiving dressing and definitely was heavy on the grains. Annie is AMAZING! She feels like my "sister from Wisconsin"! She always greets us with a warm smile (or a hug)! We come here primarily to see her. The entire staff is wonderful, and Chris, the owner, is fantastic. This café has a charming hometown vibe and offers a diverse selection of healthy, fresh, and delicious food options!
The restaurant offers a wide variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating atmosphere, especially since it was such a lovely day. For vegetarians, there are plenty of choices available, and those with dietary restrictions will find many different options as well!

Stopped in for pancake breakfast while visiting Redondo Beach, lived in Hermosa Beach in early 1980s, girlfriend and I ate breakfast there all the time. Love your restaurants, and especially loved Ruth's service.
Loved coming to Good Stuff over the years since I was a kid and it's always been really good! Melissa served me today when I came by myself for a quick brunch. Very sweet, fast in her service, and considerate.
