I was in town for business. I try to eat in a place that is unique in the area when I travel. I had excellent Ceviche in San Diego and Mexico, but I must admit the Campechana here was not a slouch! I love shrimps and crabs and was not disappointed. I was pretty full, but I found room for the shrimp cake. Since the NO room was left for the Must-Have Pecan Pier, I took it with me and had it on the plane (Dinner of the Champions! . Unfortunately I forgot the name of my waiter, but he was attentive and friendly. I will definitely visit again!
Shelby was very well known about the menu and describes food like art. The mesquite salmon fillet was amazing, up to the crispy, charred pieces I scratched off the iron plate. The Squash and Zuchini site was a delicious supplement. The only thing she would have done better would have been throwing her on the grill. My husband had the fried combo plate. His favorites were the crabs and shrimps were his favorites. A little on the expensive side, but worth it.
My first time at Goode Company Seafood. We had a party of 8 for a Fathers Day and birthday dinner. The place was crowded because of Fathers Day. Service was great and despite the full house, our food came within a reasonable time. Everyone in my party thought the food quality was superb. I’ll be going back for sure.
Excellent service and food. Their famous Campenchana is famous for good reasons! It’s one of the best in town! The place is unique with a true diner set up dating back to the late ‘70s early ‘80s. Give it a try when you are in town. You will not regret it :

Love their seafood. The oysters on half shell are great. The fried and mesquite grilled shrimp are delicious. We always stop here if we are in Houston or just passing through.
