They didn’t have any change and took the orders of just two people from our party of 15 before finally taking the rest of our orders an hour later. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner, and it was an impressive experience overall. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. After two hours of waiting, we still didn’t receive our meals! The manager didn’t check in with us, leaving the staff to deal with our growing frustration without any support. There were no accommodations made during this long wait, and the food itself was overpriced and served cold.
We had come as a group and had initially indicated we wanted everyone to be served at once, but that clearly didn’t happen. The few family members who did receive their food were also dissatisfied, either because their meals were cold or incorrect.
