Awful! I have an egg allergy and I have never been so poorly treated by any of Disney's restraunts. I ordered the harvest breakfast sandwich that comes with plant based eggs, avocado and roasted tomatoes on a brioche bun. So it comes on a bun that contains egg so I'm not sure why that's a thing but anyways I asked for the allergy bun. They marked my order as an allergy order and put no eggs. I told them specifically I wanted the plant based eggs that it comes with. I love disney for always having plant based eggs. They first tried to give me the sandwich with no egg, then I got the sandwich with the plant based eggs that were literally hard, like they had been sitting there for a week, the a...
For a Disney establishment I expect better. In the last week I’ve had: The impossible burger: tastes like it’s been microwaved. Came with soggy cole slaw. Caesar salad: chopped lettuce with a package of Ken’s dressing for $11. My wife got the one with shrimp and they gave her a separate plastic container of unseasoned shrimp to mix into her salad. The hummus wrap: just sweet potatoes with black bean hummus tastes like smushed black beans, and my family said it was “disgusting”. Hot cocoa: a cup of hot water and they give you a packet of cocoa mix to put in yourself for $4. The quality for Disney is beyond sub par. I get better food at Burger King.
Best chicken wrap I've had in awhile. Flagler Chicken Wrap had free kettle chips, which were a nice touch. Ordered an orange juice to accompany it (bottled). My husband had a fountain soda. The food was fresh and fast. Cost about $21 total (average considering Disney resort prices). Nice waterside picnic tables (if you don't mind the canal smell once in a while when the wind is strong).
Horrible service. Workers watch every condiment taken. Condiment police. Stay behind the counter. Watched a guy take 2 hot sauces and then the girl worker watching told the guy at the register (guy wearing the straw hat). He then took them and put them behind the counter. Also they have the Disney Effect, chips for French fries. Your chips suck.

During our stay at Old Key West although Goods to go was busy ,the fast food was prompt and delivered with a friendly service. It was actually quite good as the only option available for most people due to the limited availability of Olivia’s cafe.
I ate there two different days at the pool, food was really pretty good. Homemade chips overcooked, but everything else food was good. Sweet Tea was sour both day's, they told me they just cleaned it and all good, but it was sour both days.
We eat here a few nights while staying at Old Key West. The food was good, and so was the service. It was nice to sit at the pool and eat, or you can eat at the picnic tables that they have there.
This is a quick counter service place for food. There is plenty of seating across from it. Make sure you let them know if you have any food allergies. They will accomodate you.

If you are famished and need to eat this place will work. Otherwise don't bother. If you are staying at the hotel, bring your travel coffee mug and fill up yourself!!
And yes ! There is a French chef. The people are super nice and courteous.
