So here we go with my review of got a guy eatery in calverton. We decided to order three different sandwiches and ask chef Anthony to cut them into thirds. The bread he uses is my favorite. It's that crusty Italian hero bread that they make the giant sandwiches on. Crisp in the oven it's flaky and tender at the exact same time. The first sandwich we ordered was the Havana conference. It is made of roasted pork prosciutto provolone and pickles with a spicy Dijon mustard on garlic bread and Cherry peppers. I will say the sandwich definitely had a kick. It was great though. My partner and I are so glad we found this place! Food is freakin outstanding! We go there 2-3 times a week and I will try everything on the menu lol. I can tell you the stooley pigeon is absolutely unreal! Best ever. I also tried the new gumad recently and I can tell you I was not really a cauliflower person at all BUT I certainly am now! Not to even mention the fried cheesecake Oreos!!! It’s heaven melting in your mouth and not even kidding!!! This is our go to place, chef is outstanding and love Christine and Chris! I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars! The food was absolutely delicious! On Sundays, they offer a surprise 6-course menu, and every single dish was fantastic! I apologize for forgetting your name, but you were so sweet and funny! We had an incredible experience and will definitely be returning. The Halloween decorations were wonderful, and she really went all out! We had two children with us who were a bit tired and cranky, but she was so great with them. Thank you for everything!
My husband and I dined here for the first time yesterday, and the food was absolutely amazing. The fried calamari (The Galamad) exceeded my expectations, and the sauce that accompanied it perfectly complemented the dish. My husband ordered the Gavone, while I had the Shepherd’s Pie. Both were incredibly delicious and truly satisfied our cravings for comfort food. On a side note, the restaurant is a bit small, but thankfully it wasn’t crowded when we left!

Had an early dinner here today. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The two men working there (maybe owners? Were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. I would recommend eating here.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. I had the eggplant springwich and loved it.
I recently had my birthday there for a murder mystery dinner and it was fantastic! Christine made sure we had the best time when we performed our figures. It was so much fun to dress up in costumes and eat a delicious meal. 10 of 10! Go!
This place is just amazing. Good is out of this world and I'm slowly trying the entire menu! Lol. My favorite dish so far is the stooley pigeon. Takes an hour to make so be patient but it's well worth it! Best place ever!
We absolutely loved this place! We tried the Sunday cooking surprise, and every dish was delightful. The food was excellent, featuring international flavors, and the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to come back!

The food was fresh and 5 star! Varied menu, we tried almost every app and multiple entrees and everything was superb! Don't go when you're in a rush. Everything is made to order and worth the wait.
