Called in for a very overpriced burger and chips, Order app was not working for me so I requested table service, To which I was coldly told by the manager we could order at the till, My brother is clearly very physically disabled but still...we had to go to the till to order, Next thing two people came in and were immediately served at the table, All condiments were supplied to them and the so called manager offered advise and suggestions for at least minutes all we got was our ridiculously over priced burger and chips and one portion of burger relish nothing else, When I complained too the upper manager All I got was we will try harder next time, Believe me you wont be getting that opportun...
Wandering around Norwich, Christmas shopping, feeling hungry, didn't want a big meal. GBK seemed ideal. I had a burger, skinny fries and a strawberry milkshake, my partner had chicken in panko breadcrumbs with skin on fries. Excellent food and superb service. Dropped in by chance, not a burger man , but my wife wanted to go. Well, I had a naked burger, medium rare. Absolutely surprised by the quality not sure what I was expecting). It was truly excellent, and...good food is always improved by professional staff . Which was the case here . Will happily return.
