This is some of the freshest, cleanest, healthiest food I've been able to get find in a long time. I tried a green bowl and a smoothie after a workout, and while I raised an eyebrow a bit at the $10 price tag for a salad, after I tried it, I didn't care. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and super clean ingredients you can definitely taste it. I believe I added a couple of ingredients to one of their bowls including avocado, but I don't think I paid extra for it. That was pretty cool. The $7 smoothie might not be something I return for often it was really good, fresh and REfreshing, and it got me the protein bump I needed, but I found it to be a little steep at that price. The 40-minute drive worth. The food tasted great, could say that the ingredients were fresh, and the smoothies were on point! The room is clean, with plenty of seating, and the owner and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely come back!
I came all the way from Rochester and that was my first stop. The staff is very friendly. Food is very healthy and clean and the smoothies are also good. If you train, this is the place for you.
If you are looking for clean and simple food, then this is for you. Children would love the box food because the Mac n cheese is not very cheesy. Would recommend.
