The patio was beautiful and had overhead heaters to take the chill off. We had the roasted cauliflower as an appetizer. Delicious, but remove the Chili's if you don't like spicy food. I had the Linguini di Mare which was delicious although the mussels were tiny, the other seafood was great. My husband had the linguini with braised lamb which he liked because the lamb was tender. The Manhattans served Up were perfect in martini glasses. A wonderful meal!
As usual, service was outstanding. Food was definitely below par, especially for the prices attached to them. One guest at our table ordered salmon medium rare, and it was delivered more like medium well. Walleye appeared to be deep fried and not sautéed and held a great deal of excess oil, which was not appetizing, nor aesthetically pleasing to look at when delivered. The restaurant is far too loud, but on a positive note, it was full of fun energy
My wife and I decide to go to out for the evening and wanted pasta. I was at CB many moons ago and knew it was very good. We have a great server and the salad and pasta were amazing. We look forward to taking the kids out next time for a special occasion.
As usual we had a great time and I find it always fun. Only thing, and please know it is minor but it seemed to get very loud and was difficult to have a conversation. I will still continue to be back as often as possible. Book a table now
