I purchased a Too Good to Go order which is supposed to be $15 worth of food for $4.99. I was handed a bag containing a tuna sandwich. When I asked where the rest of the food was, the woman behind the register shrugged her shoulders. When I gave her back the sandwich and requested a refund she said you got what you paid for . and I should see the owner who will be in tomorrow . The two other female employees behind the counter were smirking . One of them yelled at my wife have the day you deserve as we left. I am a business owner myself and have never been disrespected by such rude employees like these in my life. I still have not received a refund.
In our last two orders from this restaurant, we requested a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a roll, specifying that the eggs should be fried lightly to keep them runny and avoid overcooking. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered, the eggs were cooked hard, and today, we received scrambled eggs instead. This is particularly challenging since we're ordering for someone who has texture sensitivities. As a result, we had to remove the eggs both times.
My family loves ordering from Grace’s Deli. A few years ago, they made some wonderful upgrades to the location and now have a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, and similar dishes. A few months ago, I tried their chicken soup, and it was fantastic—clearly homemade and reminiscent of what Grandma used to make (and, best of all, not too salty). They offer excellent ordering and pickup options, along with quick and professional service.
One of the worst bagels I’ve ever had anywhere, much less on Long Island. Cream cheese didn’t taste right at all.Couldn’t even finish the bagel before my stomach was hurting and my partner was disappointed with his egg sandwich as well. Also, just a heads up, it’s absolutely disgusting to keep your medicine/ first aid cabinet in the same case, one shelf directly above your bagel shelf.

The bagel was delicious, but I was given a regular Pepsi instead of the Zero Sugar Pepsi I requested. This isn't the first time this has happened. Even when I'm very specific about my order, they still manage to get the drink wrong.
I always have my breakfast at this place. I absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. The prices are great as well!
I had an egg cooked over medium on a roll, accompanied by corned beef hash, hot sauce, and a bit of mayo. It was amazing! I can't wait to try some lunch specials next!
The pancakes were tough, and at over $8 for just two, it's quite pricey. Overall, I found it very underwhelming. *This is an honest review.*
