The experience at this restaurant was fantastic! My grandma and I visited for some ice cream, and we enjoyed every moment! The staff members who served us were both polite and attentive to our preferences. The service was impeccable, and we received our ice cream just seconds after placing our order. They made us feel truly welcome. The double double chocolate flavor is absolutely decadent! They've definitely earned my loyalty, and I love that it's a locally-owned Ohio establishment!
Great ice cream shop. I had never been there before and they offered me a sample of a flavor I was interested in, which I appreciated. I ordered a milkshake and they made it quickly and didn't keep me waiting. The milkshake tasted great, though in myopinion it was on the thin side and could have been thicker. The staff was two young gentlemen and they were friendly andhelpful. I wish we had Greater's in the Akron Canton area where I am from, as I am visiting the area for work.
The best ice cream shop! I always make it a priority to stop by whenever I'm in Columbus, particularly for their black raspberry and chocolate chip flavors. The service at this establishment went above and beyond my expectations; when I mentioned that I had a three-hour drive ahead of me, the staff member thoughtfully packed some dry ice in the bag to keep my ice cream cold. She was extremely helpful!
I dined at this restaurant on April 6, 2021, and had an amazing time. My husband and I sampled one of the MLB kid's treats, which was served in a baseball hat and came with a waffle cone filled with strawberry chocolate ice cream. The best ice cream place. I always have to stop by when I’m in Columbus for their black raspberry and chocolate chip ice cream. The service at this location was above and beyond, I told the girl that was working there that I had a 3 hr drive and she made sure to put some dry ice in the bag to keep the ice cream cold. She was very helpful.
This has always been my favorite ice cream place to go to..I never been disappointed with their quality and service. Black Raspberry is one of my favorite. If you like coconut and chocolate together then I highly recommend you to try their coconut fudge milkshake...it is the best.
