One of my worst dining experiences! My friends and I had a 6pm reservation and had to wait. We were placed next to the bus kitchen station upstairs when we requested a window as this was a birthday celebration. NO one acknowledged birthday. We were moved to main floor dining room. A wedding party of 300 was upstairs and on the main floor along with a baby party. We ordered, spring rolls came and tasted like out of a cardboard box! NO full bar. House wine was $15 a glass and awful. Fried Rice came next and then they forgot about us and never brought the 4 other dishes we ordered. There was no apology for the service given or for not bringing our food out. I had to flag down waitstaff for the...

have heard of this place and even mentioned on triple d- guy fieri and as food, needed to try it. we came earlier than our reservation and the host was nice, friendly and sat immediately. we ordered egg rolls, house special chickens and seafood, lobster bowl (3lbs) , vegetable green beans. but of all that we have ordered, the only thing that were ok were the egg rolls, green beans and hot tee. all else, it was: hard to eat because we had to be careful with bones and lobster dishes that I almost chipped my tooth. taste for house special was not as it looked on the menu bland and not delicious. concerning the lobster, the lobster has exaggerated the lobster. we haven't even finished all 3lbs....

we hiked to grand harbor, based on the opentable reviews. we were looking for something, just a few minutes walk from our hotel. I feel like we won the jackpot! we had never had a dim sum and thought we would try. we had no idea that it was the new moon! the server move around the restaurant push cart. they had suppen. the server asked if we wanted it. she offered us a suppe with chicken feet, this has not attacked. the next offer was thick and gelatos with rice and crushed chicken, it was delish! the next car has rolls that our had bbq gay in it. we also had 2 different types of dumplings and some rice dishes. I can only say if you find yourself with a long overlay at sfo, go to grand harbo...

the food system is confusing for a newbie. some courts are killed so we waited and no one came by. we thought it was such a system. we did not know that we had to mark the printed menu to order and ask how to get food. eating it when it arrived was good, but as our commands came in more scurry we didn't kill. the waiter could say our confusion and declare that what came by was not something we had ordered. Fantastic Chinese restaurant for seafood and dim sum. Very popular esp on peak times so must make reservation. On a Saturday morning the parking lot was completely full by 11am. Had to park across at another lot couple minutes away walking. Our order was a feast with so many different types of dim sum. Good place to celebrate special occasions with a group.

We have been there many times. Reservation for a table by the window or near the window is generally honored. The food choices are better if you get there by noon or before. We arrived later this time after 1 p.m., many choices were sold out. Being there after a holiday was too busy and service was not really available.

Had a delicious yum cha experience at a table right next to the window with one of my friends who's never had dim sum before! The food was amazing and the scenery really made the day — I'd highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely come back!

the food was good. I thought this was a traditional dim-sum place, but it is a combination of some items that come on the war basket, but most have to be ordered. as soon as the order in the service was fast. Book a table now

We met relatives that had a 5 hour layover at SFO. It’s the perfect location for dinner near the airport. The food and service was good.
