First impression is its decently clean ... but not spotless. Service was fast but not all that friendly. I asked if they had coffee and was greeted by a rather gruff NO ... i guess the coffee machine 10 feet behind the server was turned off and the NO was a signal that they didn 't care to make some for me. Prices are what i would call cheap. Most items were under 7 dollars, the menu has a decent selection to choose from. Burgers , Sandwiches etc. There is also a full breakfast menu. I had a Clubhouse sandwich. It included the usual fake turkey and ham, a decent layer of cheese slices, warmed up precooked bacon, all served with a small portion of fries. Was in there Saturday night 9/11/2021 and the waitress was awful, to busy on her phone to check on people's drinks. Started shutting the lights off at 10:30 and had last call at 10:45. Never in my life have I seen a bar close at 11pm when there were 8people in the bar. Then when we didn't leave the waitress a tip. She followed us out yelling at us not to come back. I have noproblem tipping when the service is good. You can ask the bartender in giltner who stayed open and waited for us after we leftthis place. She got a $100 tip. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
Hands down the worst service I've ever encountered! Our server was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Every time she came to our table, she wore a scowl and didn’t even bother to greet us. Instead of handing us a bill, she simply told us how much we owed, and we didn't get a receipt either. This place is definitely not welcoming to anyone who isn't a local.
I've lived in Grand Island for 64 years and have been a fan of Grandview Cafe since my kids were in high school. We've ordered chicken from Grandview for various occasions, and it’s always worth the trip to Aurora to enjoy their delicious food. Graduations are just one of the many events we've celebrated with takeout from Grandview!

The person who welcomed us was rather unfriendly. Every time she came to our table, she appeared annoyed and completely ignored us. Instead of giving us a bill, she simply told us the total amount we needed to pay. It was not an enjoyable experience, particularly for someone who isn’t from the area.
I have lived in Grand Island for 64 years, and I've been ordering from the Grandview Café since my children were in high school. We've enjoyed their delicious chicken for many different occasions, including graduations. The trip to Aurora for their tasty food is always worth it!
Amanda, the bartender, is remarkably fast and extremely friendly. Even though the restaurant was very busy and she was managing everything on her own, she kept everything under control without missing a step. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion!
Delicious!! We stopped by after a volleyball game to try out a new place! Very casual relaxing place! The food was wonderful!! We were happy that we stopped in! Also prices were just right!! Yum!!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
The portions were on the small side and the service was a bit slow, but the food was excellent.
