I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it may very well be my last. On the plus side, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was excellent. However, I was quite disappointed with the food, especially considering the positive reviews I had read. The tuna tartare appetizer did not meet my expectations, and my wife wasn't a fan of the gnocchi, finding it too doughy. I tried the eggplant parmigiana, and while it was decent, I had anticipated something much better.
The food was amazing. The culture is definitely there . The service top notch. I also had an anniversary cake delivered there no disappointment. It’s not too much it’s definitely not too little. Hidden gem for sure . I’m still blowing from the experience, definitely makes or breaks your experience at a restaurant, all around five stars out of five stars.
3 of the 4 meals were a fail. One had no flavor and salt had to be added twice, another was a veal dish and the veal was tough, gluten free pasta with meatballs (that I was not told were not gluten free until well after we ordered) were fair at best. Overall not impressed. We’d never been there before and for us it was expensive. One and done.
Last night was our first time eating at Gratzzie…. Incredible meal, fantastic service. Best Italian restaurant in the Tampa st Pete areas. We will definitely be going back. Book a table now

I have dined at GG numerous times and have always had a great experience with both the food and service. It's definitely one of my favorite spots!
Worse service. Took over 20 mins before anyone came to our table. Had to ask for a wine list. The. The server was rude the rest of the evening.
