WORST MANNERS EVER FROM A BUSINESS!!!! THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND I LET IT SLIDE BUT AS OUR CONVERSATION PROGRESSED SO DID HER UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!! I SAID NICELY....STILL TRYING TO REMEMBER TWO WRONGS DONT MAKE A RIGHT AT THIS POINT AND THEY DEALING WITH MY FOOD.... MISS DO YOU REALIZE YOUR BEING VERY RUDE TO ME (THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER AND SHE PROCEEDS TO HANG THE PHONE UP ONE ME (SMFH . SO NOW I CALL BACK AND APPARENTLY THEY DO HAVE CALLER ID EVEN THOUGH SHE ASKED FOR MY INFORMATION BEFORE HANGING UP AND CONTINUING HER RUDENESS, AND NO ANSWER. THE WORST PART IS THAT I AM ACTUALLY A RETURNING CUSTOMER... MEANING I'VE BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES AND NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIE...
I have been coming to this restaurant for as long as I can remember, always receiving excellent service and delicious food. I have no complaints. The service is top-notch, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The meal type is takeout for dinner, with a price range of $10-20 per person. The food quality is exceptional, rated at 5 out of 5. The atmosphere also gets a perfect score of 5 out of 5. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking in a nearby parking lot.
lady on the phone very very nasty, rushes you off the phone and will hang up in your face if you dont order to her speed. I called back asking why did she hang up the phone and she started yelling in my ear saying dont call back dont order here nomore. Very bad costumer service. A phone call will make you not even want their food. and obviously they buy reviews. none of these good reviews are accurate. PLEASE dont be fooled
I ordered plantains with bbq sauce and chicken wings.. at the end of my meal i found a dead ROACH in my food!!!!!! When i called to complain how disgusting unacceptable this was, the man on the phone blamed it on having a new chef said “no refunds, we can only make you new food” I will never eat here again. 100%do not recommend. And the lady always has a nasty attitude when you call to place an order.

This is the BEST Chinese food!! We've been ordering from them for the past eleven years and eaten practically everything off their menu and it's all delicious. The chicken (or any meat) in garlic sauce, the general tsao's chicken are all wonderful. They always provide a lot of fresh vegetables and cook with very little oil and they are the most pleasant and helpful people!!
The service was horrible call placed order at 7:30 pm and got food at 9:10 pm each time I called for eta for delivery was told on its way and the lady the last time said it’s busy and hung up on me then driver called me at 9:10 playing on my phone talking about are you hungry or not come outside then said someone came and got my food . NEVER AGAIN….. HORRIBLE
I recently enjoyed a takeout dinner from this restaurant. The price per person was between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
Awesome Place to eat! i love the soy sauce when the guy gets to our house he always makes us laugh! Like the chicken brocili I also love the wangtan Soup Just amazing!.
