This was our second visit to this restaurant, after a great first experience. However, our second visit was disappointing in terms of service. One member of our group asked to have mushrooms added to the Brunch Burger, but the response was confusing. The server mentioned that they had various types of mushrooms available, but they were only sold in 12oz portions and adding them to the burger would disrupt their portion measurements. It was a strange response to a simple request. In today's day and age, one would expect it to be easy to add mushrooms to a dish, even if it meant paying extra for it. We've eaten here quite a number of times over the years. Service has gone down-hill a bit. Two things that really bothered us Saturday night We each ordered a glass a wine, the waitress came back and explained that they were out of that wine. That happens, I get it. We ordered a different glass and she came back and explained that they were out of THAT wine, too. C'mon why have it on your menu if you don't have it in stock? At least have the server mention what you are out of when handing out the wine/drink menu. Service was too quick. For our main courses, I ordered the braised short rib and my wife ordered the winter pesto shrimp pasta. Both dishes were heavy on sauce, with my short rib being slathered in a lime sauce that overpowered the beef, and my wife's pesto pasta being drowning in sauce as well. Both dishes were just average and for the price we paid, it was disappointing.
To add to the disappointing experience, our entrees arrived before our appetizer, which completely threw off the timing of our meal. Overall, I would not recommend returning to GRK for a dining experience.
We have visited this restaurant several times before, but we are unsure if we will return in the future. This time, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Our dishes were served lukewarm and lacked flavor, while the lobster special was overcooked and dry. It seemed like our meals had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. We are not sure if they were prepared in advance by mistake or due to it being Valentine's Day, but our dinners arrived at our table within 5 minutes of ordering.

Our food was okay but not exceptional. There were only several menu choices that we liked so some just opted for a burger. Our guest asked for medium rare beef and got medium well so we had to wait. I got the short rib and it was very tough and I could not even cut it. I didn’t want to say anything in front of our guests so I brought it home and threw it away. We did get the berry crisp dessert which was excellent.
We've been here several times, but not sure we're back. We were very disappointed with the food this time. Our meals were warm, Blande and the lobster special was overhauled and dry. This is likely because these meals had to sit under the heat lamp for some time. I don't know if they were done wrong or because it was Valentine's Day, but we ordered our dinners and the server literally brought them within 5 minutes.
Wow, the slowest service ever! It was like we were in France ..... hours. Is it a ploy to get you to order more drinks? We were absolutely starving. Food was decent, but I won't be going back.
The noise level was extremely high. We went with someone who has a voice issue but we were told we could not have a booth. It made it very difficult to hear her.

First time to GRK. Enjoyed the drink and food. A little noisy but that adds to the ambiance. Recommend you give it a try.
