Our group of seven was assigned a waitress who appeared to be either inexperienced or simply not very good at her job. It was frustrating to see more experienced wait staff nearby, yet our large party was given to her. We had to repeatedly ask for items, and she forgot to put in some food orders, resulting in delays for certain guests. By the time their food arrived, everyone else had already finished eating. Additionally, the food itself was subpar.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the atmosphere was lacking. Despite being a Saturday night, the place was empty and the waitress seemed inexperienced and not very informed. There was no music playing in the background, creating a quiet and somewhat awkward dining experience for a weekend evening.
