Great pizza and management is very attentive. I ordered a pizza, some chicken tenders and a cheesy bread. When I arrived they handed me the pizza and bread but no chicken. I asked about the chicken and when she went to check on it she realized it wasnt ready yet. No big deal, I said I'd wait and stepped to the side. A few minutes goes by and the manager comes out and apologized and gave me a refund on the chicken and still gave me the tenders. I didn't make a fuss or get loud or anything. I really appreciate that kind of attention and customer service. I made sure to throw a tip in the jar and told them I'd leave a positive review. Will be back again for sure.
The First time I orderiedfrom this location. I ordered a medium thin-crust pizza with Pepperoni, Ground Beef and mushroom. I also got the small Green Lantern bread. I meant to order it for delivery but dome how orderer it for pick up. So I scramble up to go get it. I get home and open up the box and it smells incredible. By the way, this is my second time having Green Lantern Pizza. I have lived most of my adult life in Royal Oak. I moved to the area mid 90's. The pizza was once again fantastic. And the Green Lantern Bread and the sauce was delicious as well. I will definitely be ordering again.
Went to this place a number of times. If you bring in an outside soda 'cus they don 't carry what you like, the manager will be on your table in a nanosecond to tell you you can 't drink it. If you want your waitress to refill your beer, you are going to hear crickets. Pizza will take 45 minutes and be burned yet cold. Sauce and cheese? Nah....pizza should be all burned crust. This was a pre-pandemic treat but since then has become a family tradition of sorts since we will all eat pizza. The staff are always masked and uniformed (and wear their ppe properly), have our orders ready on time and with accuracy...and the food has never disappointed us! They were a life-saver (even though there was an ordering queue) during the blackout this summer too! Book a table now
You can Never go wrong with a Green Lantern Pizza. I Love the Square so I go to the Royal Oak place as the Mdsn Hts. one doesn't have Square. The People are Fruendly, Polite and always happy to accommodate any add on orders. Try It..You'll Love It..
Ordered online, said to pick up at 5:54. I arrived at 5:54. It is now 6:10 and I am still sitting on the park bench in the lobby waiting. Not a single apology, update, or any other solution to rectify their mistake. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
