I checked in at 8:15 and came directly to restaurant because posted hours are 9pm. Sorry, no food and alcohol served for only a minute more. 5 people came in after me and left hungry and thirsty. Was looking forward to pull tabs sorry none of them today)and wings. First time, in the week here, I’ve been told they’re short help.Very disappointed and hungry. Bartender was verynice. Maybe change hours until fully staffed.
If you're looking for excellent service and a friendly server who enjoys engaging with customers, I highly recommend requesting Mike. He is personable and entertaining. Additionally, if you're fortunate enough to have Francisco as the chef, you're in for a treat. He perfectly cooked the deep dish pizza we ordered, ensuring it was crispy on the bottom. We definitely plan on returning.
Delivery took 2 hours to get here, I tried calling several times to the restaurant and got no answer. When pizza arrived, it was burnt and incorrect. The wings we ordered had no dry rub on them. Very disappointed as I normally love Green Mill but I stronglyrecommend avoiding this location. I am still calling the restaurant another hour later and getting no response.
Delicious food! ADA access alert! Easy ADA access if you enter the hotel to go into the restaurant. Very easy if you are aware of this. No signage) Impossible ADA access using the outside ramp to the restaurant. They had a table and chairsblocking the way in using the ramp. Book a table now
Portions, especially the new appetizers were small for the price. Service was slow but they were short staffed so I understood. Servers were busy but friendly. Half off deep dish on Tuesday apparently only applies to the base pizza and not anytoppings.
We live nearby and eat here quite often. We love the deep dish pizza and happy hour specials. This location recently completed a remodel and the updates are beautiful! Nice job Green Mill!
