I came in just before 7am today, and the 2 customers in front of me were very clearly drunk and harassing the staff, with a man attempting to snatch something he didn’t pay for. The staff member on till remained composed and professional throughout this interaction and was perfectly polite when serving me. I also work in customer service and hope that this man (sorry I didn’t get your name) knows that he handled that difficult situation a lot better than I or anyone I know would have.
