HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had a to go order with a meatball sandwich and a tender loving sandwich. Not only that I had spent another 20$ at least on pies when I went in. As I get home to eat I notice my chicken sandwich has no mayo. No big deal I'll throw some on there. Then my girlfriend goes to eat her sandwich. NO MARINARA SAUCE. Then when I call to make a complaint I had to call 5 different times because I kept getting left on hold then I finally got hung up on. Never waisting another dollar here and I HIGHLY advise anyone else looking for a good meal to steer far away from grinders
the service was very bad , the authentic grinder I ordered was skimpy to say the least and the presentation was very unappetizing. I waited 10 minutes to get a napkin. I waited over 45 minutes to get my sub. This is ridiculous. No one came back and checked on me to see if I was satisfied besides that ,,, I thought I would let it all slide and I ordered .. Needless to saythat took more than 15 minutes I was at this restaurant. Long enough to have stayed home and made my own dinner. very very upset with this restaurant. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back unsatisfied customer.
