We have good experience with the staff and food, but the social atmosphere is terrible. If you come here for a weekend brunch, this experience WILL ruin your day. There is a problem with the parking and seating. The customers will harass you while you look for parking and you will also get harassed while waiting in line to order. The customers here have no common courtesy and the atmosphere appears to be politically charged, lacking inclusiveness. We would like to return but don't want to face the hostile demeanor and comments from their customers. I see you updated your response to my review. Still no apology... The staff was helpful and attentive to help us in getting our take out order. The food was good, but the experience to get this is why I am not returning. I experienced a hostile demeanor towards me as a direct result of having a Ukrainian support sticker on my vehicle, my wife and I were harassed by the couple behind us for wearing face masks the entire time we were waiting to order in line, and when my wife brought up these issues to the public in a Google review, she was deligitimized and told to go elsewhere by the Guglhupf owner. Called this place to possibly have an event set up. I was given the run around and one of their employees wasn’t the nicest when I tried to ask for information even after a woman named Stephanie said she would get back in contact with me. It took hours to get a response back. Overall just fed up with this place.
It's a great spot for Brunch or lunch. I love that that have ample sitting space, inside and out. My favorite item is Kippered Salmon, it is mostly self service, casual place. It gets very busy so parking sometimes can be challenging but there's street parking as well. Overall a great brunch spot.
