Gusto - Table reservation

A pleasant discovery My wife and I went to Gusto rue Chaptal on Saturday night. in a very charming setting, we ate very well. We were served very quickly. I have to say that a long time ago, I didn't eat pizza with such a good pate. My screw was just as satisfied with his pasta. The service was pleasant and good advice. As we had wine, we continued with a cheese plate. In the meantime, we were wondering, because how can we explain that it takes almost as much time to prepare a plate of cheese as to cook pasta and pizza???? and we have fresh bread to accompany the cheeses.
