we were often in the winery/restaurant hamm. from any reason, for the jazz concerts and then last september for a special birthday party with 35 family members and friends. the wee were (and are always) top, the 4-course menu was gourmet class. the atmosphere in this beautiful old building complex is warm and penetrated by the historical and cultural riches of the region. the owner's wife, who leads the gastronomic part of the weingut, and the staff were very helpful in defining the specialties for the celebration. it was a big success, though something was overcrowded.

Positiv: Schönes Ambiente im Innenhof Negativ: Service unaufmerksam, Reaktion auf gefundes Haar im Käse, Belag des vegetarischen Burgers leider nur aus zwei super fettigen Scheiben Aubergine, Rechnung musste mehrfach angefordert werden. Preis und Leistung passen leider nicht zusammen. Drei Sterne, weil ich davon ausgehe, dass man nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt hat. Ansonsten nur zwei Sterne.
The service unimaginable nice, flotted and helpful. The ambience is also beautiful, lots of wood and quiet colors and separate rooms, so it will not be too loud. The card is varied, the prices are completely ok there are main dishes under 10 euros and some are even vegan marked. Would go every day if we don't go on tomorrow.
we were already in hamm a few times (and like to come back). the service was very friendly - the family produces the wine that is served there, and there is a great choice. the menu is pleasantly short, there is something for every taste, but the (very good) kitchen can focus on quality instead of quantity.
