I had a great experience at this Japanese restaurant! Today I tried the Chirashi Don, which had a creative presentation. The fish was fresh and I especially enjoyed the addition of mushrooms. It reminded me of a high-end version of a poke bowl. The rice was cooked perfectly and topped with tasty seaweed. My only complaint is that I expected the dish to be served in a bowl instead of on a plate, making it a bit challenging to eat all the components together.
