The food was average, the service was average, and the atmosphere was some employee with his hair in a top knot flirting with a bunch of teenage girls about 2 tables away. Other employees i assume were managers were also standing around the same table. Our server was trying to get things done, but our service suffered because of it. It was my wife's birthday dinner, we planned to get the big cookie sundae, but the server brought out our check, and didn't even ask if we needed anything else first. Hacienda lost out on sales, the server lost out on tips, and i went to the store and bought my wife a birthday dessert. Unfortunately the experience was forgettable at best.
We had an amazing experience (as usual! . Our server, Conner, was absolutely nothing short of amazing. He talked with us about hockey (our son was telling him we have hockey this weekend and even answered questions we had about servers and working the floor (we had a crazy and questionable experience at Denny's yesterday which did give us all a good laugh .
Service is usually very good. They bring out chips and salsa to enjoy while waiting for your food. I typically ask for their green salsa as well and get a little of both salsa on my chips for optimum flavor. The ski flavored frozen margarita at the west side location is beyond amazing. My favorite dish there is the shredded beef chimi.
The westside hacienda is always a good place to To go to eat because it's consistently good food. for the first time. I got a loaded quesadilla and it was great. The Waitress offered us the specials in tequila. Brought us waters. It was very nice and attentive.

The chicken fajita salad with ranch avocado dressing was delicious!! Our server Lexie was also sweet attentive. Haven't been to this restaurant in years, will definitely be back. Great food service
Been here several times this visit is the worst experience ever... ignored..poor service super cold food atypical and disappointing. Not in a hurry to return.
