The food was lacking in salt and very bland. There was no yum yum sauce only mustard or ginger which was disappointing. chef tried to use butter as an oil replacement and burnt a lot of the food. He tried to serve me burnt scallops and I refused and asked him to redo it. Other diners even told him the scallops were so badly burnt they could be used as hockey pucks. I also ordered chicken and barely got about 6-8 small pieces so meat portion was bad. Mind you this was dinner portions and I paid $26 for it. He tried to skimp on it so everyone at the table got a little and we were all not happy. Won’t be dining here again. I’m sure there’s better hibachi places around.
