I got the Chicken over Rice Platter and was expecting it to be $8 with taxes but the changed price was around $11 with taxes andservice charge. The service charge is only applicable if you pay using a card. The table where I sat seemed somewhat greasy andI'd have preferred it to be cleaner. The store was clean though. The portion was huge and I didn't mind paying for it. You getbrown rice, small pieces of chicken, lettuce, a mixed salad and french fries. I went in to pick up something and caught one person sweating on the food. Then they continued to pick up the French fries with the same hands they counted the money and opened the fridges with. When I asked them to make me a new plate they said theycannot do they and gave me my money back and said sorry we still can?t make you a new one. They were incredibly unsanitary, donot eat here if you you don?t like the taste of sweat in your chicken over rice.
I have to admit, I am not a fan of beef. However, I took a chance and ordered a cheeseburger from this restaurant last week and I was pleasantly surprised. The beef was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the sweet sauce on the burger. Even my picky family members enjoyed the meal! (I may have just ordered 4 more cheeseburgers, even though it may not be the best decision for my health!)
