ps. it is advisable to book inadequacies to avoid disappointment 01 nov, 2009 one of my favorites. do not let them be fooled by the Drab outside to this pub, inside has been updated and is perfect for a romantic meal. I'd rather sit in the worcester half of the pub, as it's gone from the kitchen. the variety of food is very good and the herefordshire Rib Eyes steaks are excellent! I was recently disappointed when I went to lunch (I usually go to dinner), we sat right next to a buck of tea towels next to the kitchen and a fork had to be returned as dirty. we chose from a £5 lunch menu that had very little to choose. grinding times were wired fillet and chips...read more
My friend and I visited this restaurant before going to the Malvern theaters. The host, Steve, was very hospitable and the dining area and restroom were exceptionally clean (the restroom was particularly spacious!). The bed was also very comfortable. I ordered 2 poached eggs and toast for breakfast and they were the best poached eggs I have ever had! The toast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place.
We were in the area for a wedding this was a convenient and well-priced accommodation. The room was clean, spacious bright. Although the Halfway House is off a main road it was quiet I didn't hear any traffic. The breakfast was well cooked and there was a good choice of fruit, cereal decaffeinated drinks. I would welcome the opportunity to return.
Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, food exceptional for guests only, so wonderfully quiet for an evening meal. Would recommend this Inn to everyone. Our room was ground floor and as I have difficulty with stairs it was ideal. The shower room was fitted to a very high standard with a large walk in shower
