Food was lovely and service was great. We were put downstairs which felt very unsafe. The handrail going downstairs was hanging off the wall with a handwritten sign above it saying broken handrail do not use why not just get it fixed) it had obviously been like this for some time! The tables are really crammed in and there is no fire escape downstairs that we could see certainly no signs if there was a fire anywhere in that restaurant and you are downstairs there is no way you would escape. It’s a shame as great staff and great food being let down by the upkeep of the restaurant
It took 25 minutes to order, and we had to call the waitress over to order. After we had ordered we were approached another 5 times asking if we had ordered. 3 times by the same guy. Food was ok, good flavours, cold but we’d waited 45 minutes to get it so wasn’t about to send it back. No wine list which made drinking expensive. The waitresses were also dressed very inappropriately for work. It made it awkward when they bent over the table. The restaurant as a concept is good but more training and organisation is needed with the staff.
Excellent food and prompt service, friendly staff happy to help, excellent atmosphere though out. The emphasis in this restaurant is on fresh produce cook daily and good flavours, I would certainly recommend the sea bass dish, simply amazing! My previous visit, 2 years ago, was not a good one, I’m glad I came back to discover a real gem. Perhaps the cocktails are expensive for what you get but all considered I can easily recommend this place!
We loved this restaurant. Excellent atmosphere like a Mexican cantina. The food is superb, all freshly cooked and very tasty authentic street food style. The balance of spice and citrus makes every mouthful wonderful. The staff are brilliant service is great. Portions are not huge, so we ordered 4 small plates, 2 tacos and a couple of snack about £30 each. Drinks are great too; also very authentic.

The food and service here was amazing! The servers gave us some great advice about what and how to choose amongst the small plates. I loved every dish we tried (and we had a few! . I wish I lived nearer because I want to go again.

This place was highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. Amazing selection of authentic Mexican dishes. Fun wait staff and great Mexican music playing. A fabulous mini break without having to fly !
