had a reservation at which arrival asked the manager whether there were any tables free outside, he said yes and sat down, after a few minutes came another worker and told us that this table was booked, we apologized and explained the situation and they said quite bluntly, we will need this table now. was a rather rude and unpleasant situation with the other guests who stared at us waiting and we let us look for another table on ourselves. cherry top was the mediocre food, but our second server with the blue hair was nice
Our recent visit to this restaurant was the worst experience we have ever had. Whether it was due to Covid or another reason, the service was extremely slow, taking over 40 minutes to receive a drink. The food was burnt and inedible, not at all as described on the menu, and the cocktail was also unpleasant. Despite having been loyal customers at this Hard Rock location for over ten years, this will be our last visit.
I arrived for a confirmed reservation for my son's birthday, only to discover that the restaurant was closed and apparently shut down. There was no indication or notification, which was very disappointing considering we had driven over 2.5 hours to get there. Fortunately, we were able to find another place to celebrate, but it would have been nice to receive a call or text informing us of the closure.
bar was closed, so could not drink while waiting for the table, although we had booked and many tables around. Other guests went out because this same problem eating was cut only, waitress was the best part of the experience.

Very, very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Food/table service good, however beverage service poor as the venue only had one person serving at bar. Nice place, would not recommend for a vegetarian/vegan though.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and I would highly recommend Hard Rick Cafe to anyone wants a brilliant night out.
Was a little loud but that’s all part of the experience. Amazing food, extremely friendly staff, great place to go for dinner!
