Food was decent we went through the drive thru was told they were out of chicken, which looking back was probably a lie, forgot a sandwich and went back through the drive thru only to be told they were closed yet was technically not time yet for them to be closed. Upon calling the store we were told that some lady had just arrived to check the drawer, which was weird because in my experience working fast food you always have a manager on duty not just at the end of day. Weird stuff is going on at this Hardee's which is unfortunate because like I said their food was decent but not really fresh and smelled a little like fish.
I recently stopped by this restaurant in search of a good lunch spot. Since the drive-thru wasn’t busy, I decided to give it a try. I knew what I wanted to order, but it still took a few extra minutes to get my food. What I really appreciated was the friendly service and the freshness of my meal. By the time I received my order, the drive-thru was starting to pick up in traffic. My Big Hardee and fries not only looked tempting, but they also tasted fresh. I would definitely go back, even if it’s just for the drive-thru like last time.
Today I went to Hardee's for the first time. The staff was very rude and didn't get my order (2 burgers) right. The person serving me complained that I was there too early for lunch (I arrived there at 10:35 am, the website says that lunch starts at 10:30 am). He was very angry with me, didn't say Hello or Good Bye. When I got home I noticed that one of the burgers was burned. I will never ever go there again.
The signs all say open at 6. But that is very RARELY the case! I have sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order, nothing!!! Then on the rare occasion that they do actually open up nearly on time, they take the order then after paying for it, they say it will be like 20 minutes cause there's no biscuits ready! If you are not going to be ready to open until 6:30, then put 6:30 on your signs!!!

This isn't a comment on the food, but I wanted to share that this is the second time we've come to this location only to find it "closed for an hour due to staffing." When we arrived, there were two employees outside smoking, so it seems they don't have enough staff to keep the restaurant open.
Fast drive-thru service got exactly what I ordered for once from a fast food restaurant! But Hardee's better be careful they raise their prices any higher will be staying home and not eating out we can afford it we're just not going to put up with the extreme prices $7 for three chicken strips?
My BBQ chicken meal was great. Chicken had some char marks just like I make on grill. Fries were great as well. For being short staff the gentleman taking and serving me did an excellent job, very professional. It was very timely served for short staffed. Good job,Thank You
What happened to Hardee's? I had the worst meal I've ever experienced in Anoka. The burger patty was charred and only half the size it used to be. The fish sandwich came with spoiled lettuce. Is this also something we should blame on Trump?

The workers at this location are great. Ordered two combo meals. A little on the more expensive side for fast food, but the food was pretty fresh, hot, and tasty. They were out of a few items. That was the only issue.
Very friendly service, but took awhile for my order through the drive thru. Frisco burgers were great!
