The food was just okay, but the manager had a decidedly unfriendly attitude. We visited around noon and were the only customers, which isn’t surprising as this Hardee's has been struggling for quite some time. When I arrived at the window, the young employee asked if I could pull forward. I agreed to do so if another car came in behind me, thinking I was helping them out. After about five minutes of waiting, the manager—who seemed to be the only staff member old enough to drive—opened the window and in a confrontational tone asked why I hadn’t moved. I had no choice but to go to this Hardee's since the other nearby location closed down. Out of around 20 visits, I have never once received my order correctly. Every time, I find myself waiting a long time, no matter how busy they are. I’ve consistently missed cheese on my biscuits, had sandwiches missing, and even received someone else's order. The staff is usually unfriendly, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, it reflects poorly on the business. It feels like management is only in it for the paycheck.
I’ve had good and bad service from this location. Food is fine and dine-in ordering has been acceptable. My issue is with the drive thru. Almost every visit they ask customers to pull forward after ordering so they can take money from other customers. You will commonly see 3 to 5 customers behind you get their food and drive away before they bring your food out. I don’t feel this is an appropriate way to serve customers, but it’s fast food so I don’t feel entitled to fair service.
They really need to stop having online orders park. Every time, we find ourselves waiting 10-15 minutes while all the other cars in the drive-thru get served long before us. It's frustrating! If this continues, I'm going to start refusing to park. It just doesn't seem fair when we placed our orders before they did.

Ordered one breakfast sandwich and waited in the drive throughfor 12 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through. I saw at least 3 employees. Had to take the ham off my sandwich because it looked old and tasted funny.
Seriously no coffee. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Received a very dried up ham and cheese biscuit. Was not worth going back and complaining. But Seriously cost almost $5.00.
They were out of several main components. No meat for burritos and no onions or tomatoes for for burgers and the service was very questionable so we chose to just leave.
The day I went they were super short staffed but the food was still amazing even though it took a little longer to get it.
