The service was horrible, probably due to being short staffed, but it wasn't that busy. The guy taking our order asked us 3 times about our instead of just writing it down. To my surprise, the waitress seemed upset that I was dining alone. She didn’t want to serve me, and as soon as I finished my meal, she rushed me out, saying someone else was waiting for the table. I was only there for about 30 minutes! Despite tipping her before she came over to hurry me along, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated. I waited just like everyone else, yet I was being rushed while other patrons were leisurely chatting.

Staff walked past us didn't acknowledge us, waited on others who came in after us, it took about 18 minutes to get waited on, asked security for manager who never came but finally got a server. We also observed several staff members holding personal conversations, smoking the hookahs, and ignoring the customers entering the establishment. This clearly shows poor customer service. We (our party of ladies) see that 18% gratuity is added in all checks. So the mind set of these, waitresses, waiters, barmaids are so off track of serving your guest. And it's sad to say your quality of service suffers greatly!!!
My 1st time at this spot and I really enjoyed myself. Nice vibe, music was great and the food was on point!! My only issue was that towards the end of the night my friend and I got up to use the restroom, left out to go boxes on the table w/ the group of people we were with and the waitress ended up clearing the table and threw away both of our boxes of food without even asking!! (we both had salmon, mash potatoes and broccoli). We were so upset and nothing was done to accommodate us, just an apology…All in all I had a great time and will definitely return for the food and music!

Arrived sat ordered food drinks. First hour was a great time. MY table waitress was good. Approached from behind with a unfamiliar waitress saying: You got my seat it belongs in my section your waitress is at fault. I asked politely repeat that in a calm manner). The chair goes in my section. I continue sitting for a few minutes . Got up she came back got the chair. I told her you wrong I been sitting here hrs but ok! I will never ever go to any one of theses establishments EVER Again ! Not so cozy vibe! No seats No Spending!!!
I dined here last night and ordered takeout from the bar. I was not satisfied with the service because the waiter added an extra $20 as a tip for herself, which I consider unprofessional and dishonest. I'm really disappointed because I was beginning to like this place, but now I can't see myself returning.
The place is a cool vibe and has great music. The service was a little slow due to crowd size. The wings and fries were not good at all and had minimal season. The price points can't be beat, though.
The atmosphere was lively. The dj was on point. The food was fresh, delicious, and hot. The drinks were OK. I has a great time overall. I would recommend this place. It was fun!
