Harris And Hoole - Table reservation

It seems very difficult anywhere in London to get a proper cappuccino, black coffee to be drunk through light, milky foam and not a latte (so I usually go for an Americano with separate cold milk which has been very good here) and the cappuccino here, today had no taste whatsoever of coffee just hot milk.

Parents telling their kids to have a little run around in the cafe instead of going to the park on a sunny Saturday morning, singing nursery rhymes and reading very out loud. Kids playing and leaving toys on the floor, jumping on the benches outside...Good for parents, I guess. Not for the rest of us.

Went in for a flat white and double espresso, flat white poor, might as well of poured cold milk in. The espresso was bitter. Friendly staff but you can tell it’s a cafe Nero knock off.

Helpful staff, delicious coffee, lovely big windows so lots of light, and comfy seats. Nice cafe!
