Harry Buffalo - Table reservation

We really loved the situation in Strongsville, but decided to try the location Elyria because it was closer. The servers were quick to welcome us and bring menus. The food was ordered and quickly came to the table. Ordered a custom Bison Burger who came terrible. Was very well made and dry, onion straw were soggy, and the mushrooms were very burned. But the manager quickly came to the table after talking to our server, he talked to us as if he really took care of our experience and then the food had our meal for us again. The second time, everything was perfect. It was a burger for advertising. I'd go back, just because the GM was so nice.

After reading the last reviews we didn't want to go, but they were the only ones able to accommodate our big party. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was great. The server was nice and helpful. We were treated well and I would go back. We had fun and they seemed grateful for our business.
