I found it very convenient to book a table online, and my reservation was confirmed almost immediately. Upon arrival, we received a warm and friendly welcome, and even though we were a bit early, they happily seated us. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our meal. We were lucky to have a great spot near the salad bar and soft drinks station. Our meals arrived quickly, were served piping hot, and tasted amazing. I especially loved the Passion Fruit and Mango dessert! I can’t wait to visit again soon!
I ordered the Hallo-me burger with fries, and while it was tasty, they forgot to include the portobello mushroom, which is one of the key ingredients! Additionally, instead of the tomato salsa dip I expected, I received mayo, which I’m not really a fan of. I appreciate the complimentary salad bowl beforehand, as it helped to make up for the burger feeling a bit lacking.

Came with my parents and husband for a meal late Saturday afternoon. All the servers were very friendly and although there were stock issues, they were more than helpful to arrange alternative dishes. The food was delicious and hot and we had a lovely experience. The waitress was exceptional and the food was very good. My only complaint was that the dishes came out too quickly, leaving us with little time to enjoy our salads. Although the waitress kindly offered to keep our food warm for us, it wasn't hot when we received it. Despite this, I would definitely go back.
I used a Groupon voucher for two people and had a delightful meal with drinks. Unfortunately, we couldn't find room for the delicious ice cream sundae this time. I really appreciate the extensive selection of salad dishes they offer!
A few vegan options (vegan fry up, granola, pancakes). I had the vegan fry up. The sausages weren’t great but the mushroom on breakfast muffins with guacamole was nice. Wouldn’t rush back but it was ok.
The service and food were extremely disappointing. Many items were missing from the breakfast menu, and there seemed to be a lack of effort to offer alternatives. Overall, I was very let down.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The food was delicious. I highly recommend it!
