We were a party of six, all with different foods needs and our waitress dealt with all the requests efficiently, nothing was too much trouble and nothing was off menu (except the sage and onion seasoning). I loved the salad bar and the vast variety of foods on offer. Our orders were served on time, hot, well presented on long plates and great portions. Great value for money, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.
I did ask for no ice in my drink it came with ice so service lady brought me a spare glass for me to take the ice out! The salad bowl given to me was dirty so the service lady replaced it. Apart from that, we had a lovely meal the service lady was polite happy to assist.
We had a lovely meal, but we were over charged, there was an extra £12 on the bill, we did have to question it, it was resolved, after taking some time discussing the bill.
Food was ok. All our steaks were over cooked. Service was a little slow. Seems too busy for the number of staff on shift. Salad seems to have changed not quite the same Book a table now
Birthday celebration with family and friends. Staff were very accommodating, helpful, pleasant, and polite. We had a great time, and we were able to take our time.
I thought that the dining experience was very good as did my companions The service was excellent as Kirsty was very friendly, helpful and jovial
The food was delicious, but it could have been served hotter. However, we didn’t raise any complaints.
The only problem was the plates were cold, which meant the food didn't stay hot . Waitress lovely. Book a table now
