Every member of the staff was super friendly and attentive, service by MaryAnne was fabulous. The prices for the quality of food and portions are unbeatable. Every aspect of my meal was fresh, perfectly seasoned, came out quickly and hot. The blue cheese dressing was chock-full of blue cheese chunks, the fried veggies (mushrooms, onion, zucchini, and super cheesy house made broccoli bites were very fresh as well as the crisp coleslaw that came on my 4th street grill pastrami/meunster/pumpernickel sandwich (not too sweet or acidic either), I'm not usually a big fry person but they were fresh and hand cut and YUM. This restaurant consistently delivers a great experience. It's been a staple in the community for a long time and is loved by locals. We dropped by for brunch while we were out exploring. They have an official brunch service on Sundays when it tends to get quite busy, so we opted for lunch today. We started with a couple of their soups. The chicken and rice soup was quite tasty, and the grouper chowder had lovely flavors and a creamy red bisque. For my main course, I had the Grilled Turkey Express Sandwich, which was excellent—fresh and packed with turkey. Deb tried the Broccoli Bites, which were delicious. Overall, we enjoyed solid food and great service.
Parents beware! Food tasted good. Staff was friendly and quick. However, the kids shrimp meal came with a huge plate full of French fries and 3, count them, 3 shrimp. When I inquired about this, I was told that shrimp is expensive. They charge $18 for 8 shrimp on the adult menu, so $8 for 3 shrimp seemed reasonable to them. Regardless of price...3 shrimp is not a meal.

Stopped in tonight to catch the game at a relatively quiet place. I had the steak sandwich. Recommend ordering with light cheese and mushrooms. Horseradish sauce is good. My boyfriend ordered the 4th St Nachos. Do not recommend. Totally wet. Too many toppings not enough chips. I tried one and I wouldn't eat them. Service at the bar was very good!
This is a classic neighborhood place...they got a killer burger as well as pastrami sandwich. But the real stars of this place is the wait staff...especially the bar staff...long term employees are the BEST! The kitchen KEEPS UP with the high volume of orders...top notch!!
Wow who would've thought this little hole in a wall place would be so insane!! Packed every single night of the week, all night long! Good food that you can tell is made from scratch! Love the atmosphere and will definitely be back!
My favorite spot in St. Pete! Everything here is fantastic—especially the grouper, burgers, and hand-cut fries. The wait staff is excellent as well. It tends to get crowded, so I recommend visiting during off-peak hours.
